Henry Deane, the crown jewel of Hotel Palisade, reveals the building’s modern and sophisticated charm. Spread across two floors, the contemporary cocktail lounge provides uninterrupted Sydney views no matter which way you look.

Thee cocktail lounge spreads itself over levels 4 and 5 of Hotel Palisade, and serves both lunch and dinner, the menu created and led by Head chef Cian Mulholland is designed to be shared and compliments the surrounding Harbour.

Festival Feasts Special

$55 pp feasts menu for two people:

  • Marinated mussels, chilli oil, citrus dressing (vegetarian option available)
  • Potato hash, abalone sauce, smoked pork dust (vegetarian option available)
  • Salted cucumber salad, buffalo curd sauce, chilli, basil
  • Braised beef shin, pickled fennel purée, greens / Jasmine tea smoked spatchcock / Roasted spiced carrots, coconut yoghurt, mint
  • Set malt cream, woodford bourbon caramel, mandarin purée
