The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is an innovative multi-arts hub located in the heart of Blacktown. With a curated program of exhibitions, performances, workshops, residencies and major events, the Centre houses two gallery spaces, a performance studio, a workshop studio, a dynamic outdoor event space and a weaving garden.
The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is managed by Blacktown Arts, an award-winning leader in the development of contemporary arts in Australia committed to exploring innovative, culturally diverse work that reflects the region’s community and history. Blacktown Arts is an arm of Blacktown City Council, working across arts and cultural programming, cultural strategy, public art and infrastructure for Blacktown City and the region.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre offers level access and space for wheelchairs in all public areas. Access to The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is by ground on Flushcombe Road, or by an accessible ramp from Campbell Street and the Arts Centre car park.An accessible toilet facility is located inside the Centre, adjacent to the front reception.
There is accessible, free parking on Campbell Street, and in Colo Lane car park, Warrick Lane precinct car park and the Council Civic Centre car park (weekends only).
Guide dogs or service animals trained to assist people with disability are welcome inside all public areas of the centre.

Please display your valid parking permit when using the space.
BY CAR
There is free, all day and 3-hour parking at Colo Lane car park, and free 3-hour parking at the Warrick Lane precinct car park, each a 4 minute walk from the Centre.
Free 2-hour and 4-hour parking is also available in the Kmart carpark off Flushcombe Rd, directly across from the Centre.
On weekends, free all-day parking is available in the Council Civic Centre carpark.
BY TRAIN
The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre is a 7-minute walk from Blacktown Train and Bus Station. The Train Station services the T1, T5 and select regional train lines.
